New Enrollment Kits and applications are now required and available for AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans from UnitedHealthcare® in Delaware, Minnesota, Montana, and West Virginia.
The new applications must be used for plan effective dates of February 1, 2024, and later.
Please ensure you are using the correct application. Remember, the correct application is always available in LEAN™.
To access Enrollment Kits, simply go to Jarvis > Sales Tools > Sales Materials and click on Order Materials under the Sales Materials Portal.
Important Note
The new applications must now be used for plan effective dates of February 1, 2024, and later. If you have existing Enrollment Kits, ordered prior to January 25, 2024, they can no longer be used.
