  • After the application is submitted, click on the link in the confirmation page to select the day and time your client prefers to receive their Care Guide welcome call.
  • Click here to view a short training video on how to use the Care Guide Scheduler Tool.
  • Let your new Medicare Advantage plan members know they can expect the Care Guide call to last about 20 minutes.
  • This personalized call will help your clients get off to a great start!

During the welcome call, the Care Guide will help your clients:

  • Review plan benefits and answer questions about how to use their benefits.
  • Confirm PCP assignment and specialists to help ensure continuity of care.
  • Review premiums and cost share information.
  • Register for online access to their plan information.
