• The UPMC for Life Flex Spend Card gives members additional dollars to support their health and wellness. Members can use it when needed on doctor office copays, dental, vision, hearing services, and more.
• Vision, dental, and hearing benefits include routine exams, cleanings, and allowances on most plans.
• The SilverSneakers fitness benefits give UPMC for Life members unlimited free gym memberships at participating fitness facilities nationwide.
• Travel Concierge Program provides HMO members with in-network coverage while traveling in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Caroline, and Tennessee. That means those members pay the same cost sharing when seeing a Medicare-participating provider in these states as they would when seeing an in-network provider at home.
• Preventive services help keep members on track with their health. UPMC for Life covers most preventive care at 100% when seeing a participating provider, including annual wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations. The UPMC for Life Complete Care Shop Healthy Card now offers $400 per quarter on covered over-the-counter (OTC) products, healthy foods, pet care supplies, and pest control, and $100 per quarter on covered household utilities.
