2. Choose Medicare and enter your customer’s address OR city and state, and select distance within 30 miles.
3. Click on Find a Doctor and choose Dental.
4. Click on Filters at the top of the page.
a. First, scroll to the bottom left of the pop-up and select Clear All Filters. (Note: All radio buttons will remain unchanged.)
b. Under Network Affiliation (third column towards the bottom), click on the appropriate dental plan, either Cigna Dental Care (DHMO), Cigna Dental Care (DHMO) and Dental PPO (Dental Allowance) or Dental PPO (Dental Allowance Only) (Not available to members with a Dental DHMO Plan). Then, click Close on the lower right.
c. Note: Cigna Dental Care (DHMO) will only show providers who offer this plan. Cigna Dental Care (DHMO) and Dental PPO (Dental Allowance) will show the providers who offer both. Cigna Dental PPO (Dental Allowance) will only show the providers who offer the discount on dental allowance.
5. The providers in that dental plan will display.

With dental maximums of up to $20,000, dental allowances that provide flexibility, and preventive and comprehensive services, your customers can’t go wrong with Cigna Dental!
