An enhanced member experience is coming in 2023

Aetna is kicking off 2023 with great news for Aetna^® Medicare members. It will now be easier for them to access plan-specific information so they can better understand all the benefits in their plan. These newly enhanced member materials will go out to more than 1.9 million members of specific plans in 46 states to help them quickly find answers to their questions.

• All members will receive an updated member ID card with a QR code that links to a new landing page that’s specific to their plan. View plan-specific landing pages here.
• Plan-specific, on-demand videos are available to help members understand their benefits and how to use them.
• Some members will also receive a quick start guide handbook too.
