

Highmark switched to a new Over-The-Counter (OTC) vendor in 2023 and there have been several challenges since the beginning of the year including stocking and delivery delays. As a result, an apology letter is being sent to those members impacted by these inconveniences, providing free shipping on all orders throughout Q1.
Members across the Highmark footprint who used their benefit or called the OTC vendor will receive the apology letter, which is slated to arrive in homes by March 6. All members eligible for the OTC benefit will receive free shipping on all orders in Q1.
