My Humana Business Center Updates:
New applications are LIVE again! The Real-Time Application Status Updates have resumed. Please visit the "View All New Applications" link on the My Humana Business Center card to view electronic application details (such as create date, signature date and signature type selected) and to check status quickly on recently saved applications.
Export formatting update - We have updated the export section with the option to choose either .CSV or Excel format. You can now ensure that your exports from My Humana Business are in the correct format when uploading them into the Marketing Resource Center (MRC). When you use the Mail/Email List, the column headers on the exported file have been updated to match the format in MRC.
Service Inquiries:
All forms on Service Inquiries (except the ASEC forms) have been updated by grouping together the Medicare Number and Humana ID field boxes for a more clear definition of what is required in that section.
Medicare Eligibility Tool:
Vantage has added more demographic information to the Eligibility response section giving you more insight into your customer’s needs and bringing it more in line with Humana’s enrollment tools.

Quick Links:
We have taken the top most used links in Vantage and put them in an easy to use “Quick Links” dropdown for fast access.
Upload PaperApplications:
The Upload Paper Applications tool now displays a grid of recently uploaded paper applications to assist in tracking what you have uploaded. The grid will display the most recent 10 uploaded files via the Vantage Upload Paper Applications link.
