Humana Topic of the Week: Medicare Document Library

Topic of the week is Medicare Document Library.

Note – You have to be a contracted certified agent to offer MAPD/PDP.  Humanas has received new questions last week from agents that had completed AHIP but not completed the Humana certification - you have to complete both in order to offer MAPD/PDP plans.  If you have completed – this does not refer to you.

The Medicare Document Library is located on Vantage in the left hand column.  It is where the carrier has put all updated 2022 materials.  They will continue to add to it as they go.  Below, find the excel spreadsheet from the library as of 10/4/2021. You can sort by state, plan, document type, year, type of product, and language.  Then there is a link that will bring you to that document.  Some of the document types you can access are: benefit summary, benefit at a glance, evidence of coverage and enrollment books.  The enrollment book has everything a paper enrollment book would contain.
