NationsBenefits, Geisinger’s new card vendor, has issued new cards to all members who have over-the counter (OTC) and/or flex benefits. Members who have a plan that includes both OTC and flex benefits will receive just one card. For questions or help obtaining or activating a card, call 877-880-8874 (TTY:711) or visit geisinger.nationsbenefits.com.
Watch for the next issue of the Gold bulletin in your inbox during the second week of February. You’ll receive an issue the second week of each month after that (except for special editions).
