• Transportation up to $500/year includes reimbursing friends and family members
• Over-the-counter card $95/month that can be used at Walmart, Rite Aid, Family Dollar, CVS or mail-order
• Vision: $0 to member, 1 exam/year, $425 benefit limit per year
• Hearing: $0 copay per ear, $2,950 benefit limit per ear every 3 years
• Fitness: $120/quarter
• Vaccines: $0 cost-sharing, all formulary-covered vaccines
• Teladoc e-visits (PCP): $0 to member

Because so many Geisinger Gold members depend on insulin to maintain their health, they are now offering the following insulins at a reduced copay amount for eligible members:

Other insulin products are not available through this program, but if your brand is on the list, you can have your medications delivered to your door or picked up at any of the network pharmacies. Remember, Geisinger doesn't have a preferred pharmacy network.
