New Changes to CustomPoint Materials Available for Broker Ordering
Wellcare would like to inform agents that changes have been made to the number of materials that are allowed to be ordered in CustomPoint. Additionally, they have removed the need for each order to be reviewed and approved by the market, and instead have set limits in place for each material ordered.
If you need additional materials, please reach out to your nearest Regional Agency Manager, who you can find by searching the Wellcare First Look Plan Details page. Choose your state and scroll down to the very bottom to find your Regional Agency Manager’s contact information.

For the 2024 Plan Year: Pre-orders submitted by market regions and brokers will ship and are estimated to be in-hand by September 27. 2024 AEP materials will be available for order on September 27, 2023. Estimated shipping is 5-7 business days.
