Reminder: An Update to CignaforBrokers

New security to keep your account safe

To better protect your account within CignaforBrokers, users will be asked to update their security questions and answers upon login on the site. This begam October 21.

What does this mean?

• Existing users will be required to select and answer the new security questions upon successful login. The user cannot proceed to their landing page without selecting and answering the new questions.
• Existing users who have forgotten their password will be required to answer their existing (old) security questions to recover their password, then they will be required to select and answer the new security questions before proceeding to their landing page.
• New registrations will encounter the new questions and will continue to be required to select and answer the questions as part of the registration.
• The new questions and answers will be presented on the Security Profile page and users should continue to be able to update the desired questions and corresponding answers.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Nothing! You will automatically be asked to update your security questions after logging in! It’s that simple.
