Cigna has released a couple of tips on how you can see your commissions payments from a little sooner!
First, they encourage you to get your hard-earned money directly deposited into your bank account. If you would like to sign up to have your future commissions payments set up on direct deposit, you can find the form and instructions here* or by logging into Producers' University, choosing Resource Library and searching for Direct Deposit. Simply fill it out and return it to producereftset-up@cigna.com, along with a voided check or bank letter.
Second, even if you choose to continue receiving a paper check or have already signed up for EFT, go into CignaforBrokers to confirm that your mailing address and contact information are up to date. If the information is incorrect, you will not receive your payments. If you need to make changes to your address, phone number, or other information, simply complete this form and return it via email to CARL@Cigna.com.
