SureBridge: New UHC Short Term Products Releasing June 25

The following new Generation of UnitedHealthcare Short Term Medical Plans, underwritten by Golden Rule Insurance Company, will be available to the SureBridge Point of Sale (POS) Tool:

• New Short Term Plans – Copay, Premier Elite, Plus Elite, Plus, Value, Hospital & Surgical*

Release States:  Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming

* Hospital & Surgical is not available in Indiana.

Short Term quotes will not include the applicant(s) unless the Quote Type selected for that applicant is “Supp and Short Term.” Only the eligible applicants you want to quote for Short Term should be selected as “Supp and Short Term”.  All other applicants on the same quote should be designated as “Supp Only” if you do not want to include them in the Short Term quote.

With the release of the new Short Term plans, the previously offered UnitedHealthcare Short Term Medical Plans will no longer be available in the above listed states.

Any Applications already in progress that include a current Short Term Medical plan, MUST be submitted prior to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 24.
