The William Penn Association Simplified Issue deadline and end of year schedule
The WPA Simplified Issue Single Premium Whole Life Special offer will expire Thursday, December 15th. All applications must be dated and faxed or emailed (postmarked if mailing) to the home office on or before December 15th and received in the home office by 2:00 Thursday, December 22nd if mailing.
Additionally, here is the end of year Home Office schedule:
Thursday, December 22nd - New business applications will be accepted up till 2:00PM
Friday, December 23rd - OFFICE CLOSED,COMPANY HOLIDAY
Monday, December 26th - OFFICE CLOSED,COMPANY HOLIDAY
Tuesday, December 27th - All computer systems open ALL DAY – last day to submit premiums for end of month processing
Wednesday, December 28th - Policy Admin system CLOSED all day (NO POLICY INFO AVAILABLE)
Month end/Commission processing – commissions will be direct deposited Wednesday or Thursday.
Thursday, December 29th - OFFICE CLOSES at12:30 – Policy Admin System Closed ALL DAY (NO POLICY INFO AVAILABLE)
Friday, December 30th - OFFICE CLOSED,COMPANY HOLIDAY
Monday, January 2nd,2023 - OFFICE CLOSED, COMPANY HOLIDAY
Tuesday, January 3rd,2023 - Regular Office Hours Resume
