Medicare Made Clear® is a program by UnitedHealthcare that provides simple, easy-to-use, non-biased tools and information that you as an agent can use to your advantage. They can assist you in providing additional clarity to consumers around the basics of Medicare, eligibility, enrollment and Medicare coverage options.
Medicare Made Clear offers a variety of resources (many of which are translated), for you to use online and through the UnitedHealthcare Agent Toolkit to aid in your discussions and share with consumers.

The Low Income Subsidy (LIS) training has been updated with 2023 income, resource and cost-sharing levels. Staying informed on LIS is an excellent way to help your members and boost your member retention. LIS is a program that may help with prescription drug and other Part D related costs for those who qualify.
