The Broker Resource Center is a valuable service available to all UPMC for Life agents. Their goal is to provide you with the information you need, when you need it. The hours of operation have recently been updated, and these changes are in effect as of today (January 21), 2025.
Monday through Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You can contact the Broker Resource Center at 1-855-289-3197 (TTY: 711) during the updated hours. Their expert team is available to assist you with the support and information you need while you’re in the field. If you happen to reach their voicemail, feel free to a leave a message and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
