

Your Wellcare NY Sales team wanted to remind you of an increase to the payment amounts for our Health Risk Assessment's (HRA's) and inform you of two important NY network additions.
Summary of Changes:
HRA Changes- Beginning with the2023 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), administrative payments can be earned for successfully completing HRA's following submission of an enrollment application.
*GREAT NEWS! If you have already submitted an HRA for a 2023 enrollment, you will receive this increased payment!
Network Additions- City MD which has approx. 275 providers and multiple Urgent care locations in NYC will be available to the Wellcare network. In addition, Westchester Medical group aka WestMed has also been completed. This group adds between 450-475 providers to the network for both Wellcare and Wellcare by Fideliscare.
*The agreements have an 11/01/2022 effective date.
