Plan Year 2025 Marketplace registration and training for individuals selling in Delaware or West Virginia is available for new agents and brokers and those returning who didn’t complete Marketplace training for Plan Year 2024! The optional Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) training and SHOP Agreement are also available.
If you are a new agent or broker selling in Delaware or West Virginia who does not already have a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal account, follow these steps to create your CMS Enterprise Portal account and your agent/broker profile on the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS):

Simply log back into the MLMS to complete this course and participate in Help On Demand! Help On Demand is a consumer assistance referral system that quickly connects consumers seeking assistance with Marketplace-registered, state-licensed agents and brokers in their area who can provide assistance with Marketplace plans and enrollments.

For agents and brokers selling in Pennsylvania, Pennie has indicated their 2025 Assister and Broker Certification Training will open at the end of this month. Highmark will share the training link as soon as it is live!
Highmark's 2025 Medicare Advantage and D-SNP Certification Training module must be completed prior to selling for 2025. Don't delay - start your training today!

REMINDER: You must also complete agent training and certification from either NABIP or AHIP prior to selling 2025 Medicare Advantage products.
For 2025, Highmark will again recognize agent training and certification from two organizations: NABIP (formerly NAHU), and AHIP. You only have to achieve certification from one of the two; however, all requirements for either must be completed prior to selling 2025 Medicare Advantage products.
