For 2024, Empire has made it easier for your clients to get important plan information by email.
On the 2024 enrollment form for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), if your client provides an email address, they will automatically begin receiving information by email such as:
• Required plan materials, including the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Benefit updates
• Helpful health and wellness information
Ensure your client understands they will receive this information via email. If there are specific materials they still want to receive by mail, those preferences can be selected on the enrollment form.
As always, members can change communication preferences at any time in the member portal or by contacting customer service.
