Action needed soon: New Enrollment Kits for AARP Medicare Supplement Plans

New Enrollment Kits and applications reflecting underwriting changes will be available and required soon for AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans from UnitedHealthcare® in Delaware, Minnesota, Montana, and West Virginia.

The new applications will be included in state-specific Enrollment Kits that will be available on January 25, 2024 for plan effective dates of February 1, 2024 and later. Please limit your orders of enrollment kits to avoid using incorrect applications in February.

The following underwriting changes are being made and will be reflected on the application:

• Some minor changes to existing health questions
• Some new health questions
• Grouped together related health questions
• Extended the lookback period to 5 years for certain medical conditions

Please plan to download or order new Enrollment Kits on January 25, 2024. As of January 25, 2024, you must use the new kit to ensure you are submitting the correct application.
