Don't miss this opportunity to earn some extra money while also helping your customers transition to their new Cigna Healthcare MA plan. In fact, by helping Cigna collect HRAs, PCPs, and email addresses, you're also helping to improve customer retention and reduce Complaints to Medicare (CTMs).
Bottom line, Cigna's VBE program is a great way to put some extra money in your pocket and provide Cigna Healthcare with important information that helps us connect your customers to the best health care for them. See below for more information.
VBE program for email & PCP
VBE program for Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
Because Cigna Healthcare uses a vendor to supply health questions related to social determinants of health (SDOH) in their HRA, they were required to sign a license agreement which gives them permission to use the vendor's SDOH questions. The license agreement also requires third parties who record customer answers in Cigna's HRA tool to sign an online end-user license agreement (EULA) directly with the vendor.
Therefore, as a participating agent/broker who may complete HRAs using their forms or tools, you will need to execute the online EULA as required by the license agreement if you haven't already done so.
The form is available here, and can be signed and submitted online. There is no charge to you as the end-user.
Please note: If you do not sign the agreement, there will be no interruption in your ability to access the HRA or receive payment for the HRAs submitted.
See how to complete some of the form fields below.
*The VBE program may be discontinued, and payment amounts may change at any time.
