It has recently been brought to the attention of Excellus BCBS that some Medicare members have been experiencing technical issues when attempting to access their member account for their FitOn fitness benefit.
The issue was immediately escalated to the FitOn vendor, and recently received word that this technical glitch should now be resolved. If any of your members have reached out advising they are experiencing log in issues, please advise them to clear their browsers cache and then log back in to the site.
