In Producer Toolbox (also known as Broker Portal) you can:
- Easily view your member’s current PCP
- Search for a new in-network PCP
- Assign the new PCP for your member in just a few clicks
PCP Change Attestation
- In order to change the PCP, you must have either written documentation from the member or a recorded call with the member requesting a PCP change.
- A copy of this documentation must be saved for 10 years and may be requested at a later date.
