Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York’s 2022 Direct Pay Star Rating Templates
Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York is pleased to announce that they are maintaining a 5 STAR CMS Rating for their PPO products throughout 2022. Attached are Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York’s 2022 Direct Pay Star Rating templates that have been approved by CMS with a use date of 10/25/2021.
All 2022 sales kits are required to be updated no later than Thursday (10/28) to meet the CMS requirement.
