This free service is available to any Veteran, as well as their caregivers and families, whether they are a Cigna customer or not. In addition to this free service, Cigna has created specialized Medicare Advantage plans to meet the specific needs of Veterans. The Cigna HealthcareSM Courage plans are MA-only plans that are offered in select markets, both as an HMO or PPO, depending on the market.
