- Effective date of this contract is September 1, 2023
- Be patient as the doctors load. Loading starts on the effective date. It will take some time.
- CONFIRM doctors and facilities are in the find a doctor tool before writing an application.
- If you call Humana to confirm – they will check the same tool you have access to.
- Help make this a great experience for the members and yourselves by not jumping the gun!
- It is of utmost importance that you understand not to write before the doctors are loaded after the 9/1/23 effective date
