The OTC Benefit – varies by state.

  • All states in the Northeast on regular HMO or PPO plan that have an OTC benefit will have the catalog benefit.
  • ~~The DSNP plans that have an OTC benefit vary
  • CT and MA – all plans (including the DSNP plan) have a mail order benefit – use the same catalog attached.
  • NY DSNP – has a card please see note below (these members will have 3 cards. Member card, HFC card, and their OTC card)
  • All OTC cards were sent the last week of December. New 2022 memberships will get a new card. If they were an existing member and had an OTC card, they will only receive a new card if they switched plans or if their OTC allowance benefit changed from 2021 to 2022. Once activated their cards will already have funds loaded. With the card, they can use participating retail locations or Humana Pharmacy.
