UnitedHealthcare and Cleveland Clinic have reached agreement on a new multi-year contract for the health system’s hospitals, facilities and its physicians throughout Florida.
The agreement ensures people enrolled in UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans, including Preferred Care Partners and Preferred Care Network as well as the Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), have continued, uninterrupted network access to the health system.

Your role
Ensure members are aware that Cleveland Clinic’s Florida providers will continue to remain in the Medicare Advantage network with no change. Encourage members who have questions about in-network health care providers to call the customer service number on their UnitedHealthcare UCard® or use the provider directory on myuhcmedicare.com
Agents can refer to the provider directory on Jarvis > Provider Search to confirm a provider’s status and view a list of accepted plans.
UnitedHealthcare and Sarasota Memorial have reached an agreement in principle on a new contract that ensures continued, uninterrupted network access to the health system in 2025. UnitedHealthcare is currently working with Sarasota Memorial to finalize the terms of the agreement.
As a result, people enrolled in UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans as well as the Dual Special Needs Plan will continue to have network access to Sarasota Memorial’s hospitals, facilities as well as First Physicians Group (FPG) with no change.
