Don’t wait until AEP: It’s time for a MyEnroller status check
While you prepare for a busy Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), remember to check your MyEnrollerSM status. If you haven’t logged in during the last 90 days, your account will be locked, and you won’t be able to submit applications.
If your account is locked, you will be prompted to open a link and reset your password. After resetting your password, you will need to call Agent Sales Support to have your account unlocked. Moving forward, the account will continue to lock after 90 days of inactivity, so make sure you log in periodically to keep your accounts active and able to submit apps.
For other MyEnroller questions, please read the instruction manual before calling Agent Sales Support.
Save money for clients with a Medicare Supplement and Dental bundle
While enrolling your clients in a Medicare Supplement plan in MyEnroller, you will be asked if you want to help your client also apply for a new Medico Gold or Platinum Dental plan. Clients can receive a multi-policy discount if either the applicant or spouse (if applicable) are applying for and issued a Medicare Supplement plan at the time of the Dental plan application or already have an existing Medicare Supplement plan with any of Medico's companies. This includes Medico® Insurance Company, Medico® Corp Life Insurance Company, Medico® Life and Health Insurance Company, American Republic® Insurance Company, and American Republic® Corp Insurance Company. Pairing Medico’s new Medicare Supplement and Gold or Platinum Dental plans is a win-win for your clients!
