Molina: Using Connecture/DRX/WiPro Integration Tools

FYI: New Integration of WiPro When Using Connecture/DRX

Please be advised that there is new functionality between WiPro and Connecture such that WiPro will verify eligibility during enrollment. The integration validates Member Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) numbers, preventing delays or denials. You may find details about it here and download a DRX training guide on the Molina Agent Center.

• Clear the cookies/cache on the internet browser used for enrollments.    
• The allowable alphabet letters are A,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,M,N,P,Q,R,T,U,V,W,X,Y for both upper and lower cases.
• The MBI’s 2nd, 5th, 8th, and 9th characters will always be a letter
• Characters 1, 4, 7, 10, and 11 will always be a number.
• The 3rd and 6th characters will be a letter or a number.
• Note: If the user enters an incorrectly formatted Medicare number, an error will appear: “Error: Please check your Medicare Number and re-enter below (do not enter dashes)”
• Name & effective date of Medicare Part A & Part B need to match exactly on the enrollment form from Medicare Card
• If DSNP plan is selected, and member is not eligible for DSNP, a note will appear
