New Enrollment Kits and Applications are Now Available in CA, FL, and KY for AARP Medicare Supplement Plans

There are new Enrollment Kits and applications available for AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans insured by UnitedHealthcare® Insurance Company in: California, Florida and Kentucky.

The new applications must be used for plan effective dates of June 1, 2023, and later.

Please ensure you are using the correct application when submitting. If you are using LEAN™ you have nothing to worry about, the most current application is always used.

Simply go to Jarvis > Sales & Marketing > Sales Materials and click on Order Materials under the Sales Materials Portal header to download or order new state-specific Enrollment kits

Please immediately discard any Enrollment Kits ordered prior to May 4, 2023, as they can no longer be used
