AEP has arrived and Devoted Health is excited to share some updates about Sunfire HRAs, Medicaid check availability, plan change applications, and the provider search tool in their Agent Portal.
HRAs are now available within Sunfire. This means you can complete the HRA within the Sunfire platform immediately following the application, instead of waiting 24-48 hours for the HRA to appear in Agent Portal. As a reminder, if you complete the HRA within 5 calendar days of submitting an enrollment application, you’ll get $50!* Read this helpful one-pager on completing HRAs or watch an informative video!
Writing plan change applications in the Agent Portal just got easier! If your member wants to switch to a different Devoted Health plan, you can start a pre-filled application by clicking the new “Start plan change” button at the top right of your member’s profile. Read the Agent Portal Guide for further instructions.
Devoted Health's Medicaid check is back up and running! Check your client’s Medicaid eligibility for all applicable D-SNP states (currently excluding PA) in the Agent Portal under “Medicaid” on the left hand side toolbar.
Please note for the following states:
Devoted Health has introduced an enhanced feature in their Agent Portal’s enrollment application, specifically for the Primary Care Provider (PCP) lookup tool. If your client needs assistance in selecting a new PCP, the newly developed search tool in the enrollment application allows you to search based on the individual’s physical address and proximity, rather than just by zip code. Higher quality and closer proximity providers will be prioritized on the list.
