What’s EZ Claim Pay?
EZ Claim Pay offers members the peace of mind to “set it and forget it” when it comes to their Medicare Part B deductible expenses. EZ Claim Pay is a convenient service that allows members to choose to have UnitedHealthcare automatically pay their Medicare Part B deductible out-of-pocket expenses on their behalf via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from their checking or savings account, at no additional cost!

How It Works
Upon receiving a claim, UnitedHealthcare withdraws funds for the deductible amount from the member’s account and automatically pays the provider on the member’s behalf. The amount withdrawn will not exceed the Medicare Part B deductible. Members will receive a notification before the withdrawal and sent a confirmation after the provider is paid.
Enrolling in EZ Claim Pay
There are two ways for a member to enroll in EZ Claim Pay. Please note that you may not call or submit the enrollment form on your client’s behalf.
