The A2O program includes two levels, A2O Agents (Level 1) and A2O Elite Agents (Level 2), with varying benefits at each level. Elite agents can earn MORE through A2Oh! UnitedHealthcare is continuously looking to improve their tools to support your business. You are now able to view held commission transactions that did not pass credential validation. Refer to your Agent Guide on Jarvis > Knowledge Center > Agent Guide for credential validation details.
You can view held commissions on the Held Transactions tab of your Excel commission statement for the month the hold took place. Go to Jarvis > Commissions > Statements and More. Please note, for held commissions tied to Just in Time (JIT) state appointments, Agent Lifecycle Management will submit appointment requests within one week of the first enrollment in that state.
