LEAN* Remote Signature enhancements

UnitedHealthcare is continuously working to improve their tools to support you and your growing business. The following enhancements have recently been made to LEAN Remote Signature:

• Ability to make changes/corrections to email address, phone number and member access code
• Switch between using email Remote Signature and text Remote Signature, and vice versa
• View a status update of where your request for a Remote Signature is in the process

August live training calendar

The live training sessions calendar for August is ready! Plan ahead and register for a class next month. Here are some upcoming sessions:

• Member Retention on August 2 at 11:00 a.m. CT
• Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP) Basics on August 7 at 12:00 p.m. CT
• VA and TRICARE for Life on August 14 at 11:00 a.m. CT

In addition, check out the new self-guided course, Jarvis: Agent Overview and Navigation, found on Learning Lab > Content Library > search term Jarvis > click on Jarvis Course. This course will be especially beneficial for new agents or those not familiar with the platform. It walks agents through navigating Jarvis and highlights some of the most-used functions.
