On Medicare Plan Finder (MPF), UnitedHealthcare Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) do not automatically appear unless you filter and select the appropriate checkbox. To get all available UnitedHealthcare plans, including C-SNPs, to appear on MPF, select the "Special Needs Plan (SNP)" filter and check the first checkbox. This will ensure you don't miss a plan that may be a potential fit for your client!

As UnitedHealthcare previously communicated, 2025 Medicare Advantage (MA) plans will have a new network design for fitness program consisting of two different networks—core and premium. Read the full article on Jarvis to find out how to look up an in-network gym or fitness location on the Medicare Product Portal, member site or app, or UHCRenewActive.com, which features a “Premium Location” indicator for select Medicare Advantage plans.
Additionally, starting Jan. 1, 2025, Orangetheory Fitness, The Exercise Coach and Club Pilates, CycleBar, StretchLab, Rumble, Pure Barre and YogaSix, which are part of Xponential Fitness brands, will no longer be in the Renew Active fitness network for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Group Medicare members. Members can continue to use these locations through the remainder of 2024. This update is part of the ongoing evaluation to ensure the programs that provide the most value, access and options to members are available.
