Wait times are anticipated to be longer from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. CT. If you need PHD support, please consider calling in the early morning or late evening. You can also take advantage of the call back option, which allows you to receive a call back instead of waiting on hold. In addition, check out all our self-service tools on Jarvis.
As a reminder, allow up to seven business days for your applications to process, even if they are marked as pended during that time.
