Medicare Product Portal: Finding, learning and comparing market-specific plan information is now easier than ever. Simply visit this one-stop shop to learn about 2024 Medicare Advantage plans. Navigate to: Jarvis > Knowledge Center> Medicare Product Portal.

• Highlighted feature: Search capability: Use the search bar within the Medicare Product Portal to quickly find plan information. Search by plan name, plan ID, detail included in the plan highlight or the new, unique code at the end of the plan name. For example, enter the plan ID 'H0543-168' into the search field. The search results will offer a quick link to the plan’s benefit detail page.

AEP Selling Resources: Find the information you need and learn about UCard, Dental, OTC and more! Visit the redesigned page today to access quick reference guides and helpful resources. Navigate to: Jarvis> Knowledge Center > Selling Resources.

• Highlighted resource: Dental quick reference guide: The Dental quick reference guide will show you at a glance what’s changing in 2024, copay comparisons between plan types, what’s covered and how UnitedHealthcare Dental works.

New eLearning on preventing complaints to Medicare

Help avoid complaints to Medicare during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)by taking a new self-study eLearning called Preventing Complaints to Medicare: Enrollee Comprehension.
