Life Time’s revised club access hours

In August, members currently enrolled in membership at Life Time locations through the Renew Active® fitness program received an email from Life Time about revised club access hours starting Jan. 1, 2024. This change impacts all Medicare-related fitness programs that include Life Time in their fitness location network at no additional cost to members.

We understand revised club access hours beginning next year may be a change from members’ normal workout schedules. UnitedHealthcare values their members and are committed to making it easier for them to stay active, connected and focused how, when and where they want. To reinforce this commitment, they will be sending impacted members a communication in the coming weeks to encourage them to explore all Renew Active has to offer to help support their health and wellness journey.

New training and reminder to certify

Join UnitedHealthcare's newest live training session titled “Why UnitedHealthcare?” to learn about the brand, mission and values of UnitedHealthcare. This class will help you understand the “UHC experience” so you can communicate it to members. You will learn what to expect in your experience as an agent, what the member experience is like and you will learn how to find further resources. Click here to access the registration link for this session.  

Upcoming sessions of “Why UnitedHealthcare?”:  

  • Thurs., Sept. 21 at 2:00 p.m. CT 
  • Mon., Sept. 25 at 2:00 p.m. CT 
  • Thurs., Sept. 28 at 12:00 p.m. CT
