UnitedHealthcare is making it even easier to stay on top of your application status and Book of Business Medicare Advantage updates this AEP with two new Jarvis notifications. You may now get notifications when:
Jarvis notifications appear in the upper right corner of the Jarvis homepage on your desktop. You can also get notifications on your phone! If you haven’t already, it’s easy to turn on your mobile notifications to view these as alerts.
As you've heard, JarvisEnroll replaced LEAN! And UHC is committed to continuing to optimize the new tool so that it provides the ease, value and support you need. Here are some enhancements you can take advantage of for Medicare Advantage members:
Continue to watch for more features and improvements!
The 2025 Medicare Advantage plans are designed for all budgets, stages and ages of Medicare with benefits built to be used. Be prepared to showcase the value to consumers by using the Shopping Sheets and Benefit Highlight Brochures. These materials allow you to compare up to four plans in your market to educate your prospects and help them decide what plan may be the right fit.
Search for "Shopping Sheets" or "Benefit Highlight Brochure" in the UHC Agent Toolkit to find the customizable versions for non-SNP, C-SNP and D-SNP plans.
Drip campaigns are a proven way to nurture leads and convert prospects into members by slowly providing a steady flow of communication that builds stronger relationships and allows you to stay top-of-mind. UnitedHealthcare has strategically created campaigns, so that you can take the guesswork out of creating your own drip campaign!
The Medicare Advantage agent introduction postcard drip campaign includes 3 postcards that are intended to be mailed to the same mailing routes a couple weeks apart. To view the postcards, search keywords PY25 Drip. Plus, this campaign is compatible with your own list of leads or you can leverage the post office’s Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) program, which lets you reach multiple recipients without the need for a mailing list. For more information about EDDM, go to the UHC Agent Toolkit > Support > Resources > EDDM Guide.
The Medicare Supplement New to Medicare Drip Campaign is intended to be sent to prospects leading up to their 65th birthdays. It is composed of five direct mail efforts of varying lengths and content. You can change the timing as desired, and it’s up to you whether you send all five materials or just a select few. Search keywords NTM Drip.
The 2025 Clarity Presentation is now available on the UHC Agent Toolkit! This presentation walks through Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans to help find the plan that’s right for your clients. Download it to your laptop and use it at community meetings and appointments. Be sure to distribute the Clarity Guide when using the Clarity Presentation, which is a great take-home resource for your prospects.
New this year! In the presentation, you can customize for a single plan and it will include the top ten benefits, including non-SNP, C-SNP or D-SNP plans. Use that additional slide to dive into the plan benefits that matter for your market.
Search by SPRJ numbers to find the following Medicare Advantage Clarity Materials on the UHC Agent Toolkit:
While your prospects are gathering in the room, play the new Why UHC video that shows the value of a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan.
