And it now includes an advanced search feature, so you can quickly locate the information you need on conducting a compliant, accurate and efficient enrollment.

As you likely heard, the Part D program will change in 2025 – including changes that may benefit certain members like the member’s Maximum Out of Pocket (MOOP) cost decreasing from $8,000 to $2,000 and more. Take advantage of UnitedHealthcare's 2025 Part D FAQ (found in Jarvis) for a detailed overview of these changes and watch for national webinars and more agent resources coming soon.
UnitedHealthcare has also created resources and tools you can use to educate your members. Visit UHC.com to view their Part D landing page you can share with clients. There you’ll find information on the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan, a video with a simple and clear overview of the changes, an FAQ and an overview of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Plus, use the UnitedHealthcare Drug Cost Estimator, which will be updated early this week, to review drugs and share the expected 2025 costs when meeting with your clients.

This event, designed to make healthcare more accessible and rewarding and ensure members feel valued and supported, generated incredible member engagement, with over 1 million visits to UCardMember.com More than 113,000 members viewed their UnitedHealthcare discounts and thousands purchased a FitbitTM with their discount. Members particularly enjoyed Walgreens Senior Day, where they benefited from a 20% discount when shopping with their UCard.
You can now enroll Medicare Advantage members directly in the Jarvis mobile app! You must update your mobile app to access enrollment functionality. From the Jarvis mobile app, simply click on JarvisEnroll to start an application right from your phone. Note: The "Start HA" button in the mobile app and the ability to start an enrollment from your Book of Business in the mobile app is not available at this time. These features are always available on your desktop.
