And if you haven’t heard, UHC has reimagined their Enrollment Guide to streamline content, reduce the size, and simplify the consumer experience. You’ll find convenient QR codes to link you to additional information. They have also removed unnecessary forms for agents who submit their enrollments electronically. The new slimmed down version is easier to download and email and takes up less storage space.
Additional enhancements include a new color bar, more information on the value of UnitedHealthcare and a newly designed Summary of Benefits. See for yourself and order now! For a summary of what’s changed in the new Enrollment Guide, visit Jarvis (Jarvis > Sales Tools > Sales Materials > Sales Materials Portal > Reimagined Enrollment Guide).
When you visit the Sales Materials Portal on Jarvis (Jarvis > Sales Tools > Sales Materials > Sales Materials Portal > Order Materials), select the option for Enrollment Guide without forms. There are links to download any forms that you may need (Enrollment Form, Scope of Appointment and Chronic Condition Verification Form) to have on hand if you are unable to use electronic tools. 2024 forms will be available for download the first week of October.
If you do not use electronic enrollment tools, there is the option to order an Enrollment Guide with forms. This option is only intended to be used for enrollments that are not submitted through LEAN, SunFire, Connecture, or other electronic tools.
